You’ll need
2 eggs
2 tbsp granulated sugar
200 ml milk
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 + ¼ cups all-purpose flour
1 cup = 240 ml
Here’s how
1. In a large-sized bowl, whisk together 2 eggs and 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar.
2. Then add 200 ml of milk, 2 tsp of baking powder, 2 tsp vanilla sugar, 2 tbsp cocoa powder and 1 + ¼ cup of all-purpose flour. Beat until smooth.
3. Heat a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat. For each pancake, gently pour 1 tbsp of the batter onto the hot pan.
4. Cook until the bubbles form on the surface and a few have burst, then flip the pancake carefully and cook 2 minutes more.
5. Once both sides are cooked, transfer to a serving plate.
6. Continue with remaining batter.
7. When the pancakes are ready, pour the chocolate ganache on top.
8. Garnish with powdered pistachio or fruits you like.
