Here’s what you’ll need to make the best cinnamon rolls:
For the dough;
1 cup warm water (200 ml)
1 cup warm milk (200 ml)
1/2 cup oil (100 ml)
1 egg
1 packet instant yeast (10g)
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
5 1/2 cups flour
For the filling;
100 g butter
3 tablespoons cinnamon powder
1 1/4 cups brown sugar
For the cream cheese icing;
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
50 g butter
200 g labneh cheese
2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
1 cup = 200 ml
