My Delicious Salmon Salad Recipe is best made with grilled salmon, pre-cooked or smoked salmon. It’s the perfect fish salad for weight loss as it has loads of tasty ingredients in that’ll keep you fuller for longer, whilst keeping the calories down.
Salmon is one of my favourite fish because it’s simply bursting with flavour. What’s more, this salmon salad recipe includes pine nuts, olives, beetroot, lemon and more, to give it even more taste.

For this recipe you’ll need:
– 2 Salad Onions
– 30g Black pitted olives
– 100g Cherry tomatoes
– 80g Pickled beetroot
– 1 Cucumber
– 50g Baby leaf salad
– 5g Capers
– 2 Cooked Salmon fillets
– Pine nuts
– Fresh Lemon juice
