INGREDIENTS:
Mango crepe cake
Curd 1/4 cup
Sugar 1/3 cup
Oil 2 tbsp
Mix well
All purpose flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Milk 1 & 1/2 cup
Mango flavour 1/2 tsp
Grease the pan
Spread batter evenly
Cook for 2 mins low flame
Flip cook for 1 mins
Let it cool down
Whipping cream 1 cup
Beat for 2 mins
Sugar 1/4 cup
Mango flavour 1/2 tsp
Beat until stiff peaks
Spread cream evenly
Put mango chunks
Mango puree
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
