Makes – 18 Onion Rings (1 Onion)
Ingredients –
1 – Brown Onion, 1cm Sliced
1 Cup – Buttermilk
1 Cup – Self-Raising Flour
12 tsp – Sea Salt
14 tsp – Ground White Pepper
14 tsp – Garlic Powder
34 Cup – Beer of your choice
4 Cups – Canola Oil (or enough to fill a saucepan just under half full)
