The Ultimate Turkish Poached Eggs in Yogurt 😋 ÇILBIR

You’ll need

2 eggs
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp butter
Plain yogurt
Salt, red pepper flakes

Here’s how

1- To start, add some salt and 1 tbsp of vinegar into a medium-sized deep pan of water and bring to a boil.
2- Using a spoon, swirl the water to create a whirlpool. Then, crack the eggs in. Crack 1 egg at a time.
3- Cook for about 4 minutes so that the yolk remains soft and runny.
4- Transfer the eggs to a plate carefully using a slotted spoon and pour some plain yogurt on top. Then, drizzle 2 tbsp of melted butter- red pepper flakes mixture over the poached eggs.
5- Scatter with parsley or dill.
6- Serve immediately with warm bread. Enjoy!
