Truffle Mac and Cheese | How To Make Recipe

Serves – 4 to 6 or 1😉

Ingredients –

250g (8.8oz) – Macaroni Pasta
1 Tbsp (20ml) – Extra Virgin Truffle Oil or Extra Virgin Olive Oil
300ml (300g) – Cheap White Wine (Substitute for Chicken Stock)
1 1/4 Cups (310ml) – Chicken Stock
90g (3.1oz) – Parmesan Cheese, Freshly Grated
14g (0.49oz) – Corn Flour or Corn Starch
90g (3.1oz) – Soft Cream Cheese
Seasoning To Taste

Notes –

Extra virgin truffle oil is cheap to buy and is easily available at local supermarkets and grocery stores. It usually comes in 250ml or 500ml bottles and will last you a very long time. It’s great to finish most pasta, pizzas, steaks and even vegetables giving them all a hit of rich umami flavour. If you cant get it, you can substitute it for regular extra virgin olive oil but the flavour is definitely not the same.

For the wine, if you can’t consume alcohol you can use chicken stock as a substitute. Do the same procedure of reducing the stock as you would the wine then add in more stock as followed in the original recipe. Both ways are incredibly tasty.
