For cake
250g ap. flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
200g sugar
250g butter
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
200ml milk
30g chocolate powder

For brigadeiro
1 can of condensed milk Or 300ml
300ml heavy cream
4 tbsps cocoa powder
2 good pinches of salt

Decorations
1 bag of Cadbury eggs
