3 egg yolks
1/2 cup condensed milk (150g)
1/3 cup unsalted butter (65g)
2 tbsp ube flavocol (concentrated ube flavoring/coloring)
1/3 cup pure ube (mashed) (100g)
1 cup cake flour (115g)
1&½ tsp baking powder (7g)
½ tsp salt (3g)

3 egg whites
3 tablespoon sugar

مكونات:
3 صفار بيض
1/2 كوب حليب مكثف (150 جم).
1/3 كوب زبدة غير مملحة (65 جم).
2 ملعقة كبيرة فلافوكول ube (منكه / تلوين مركز)
1/3 كوب ube نقي (مهروس) (100 جم)
1 كوب دقيق كيك (115 جم)
1 ½ ملعقة صغيرة بيكنج بودر (7 جم)
½ ملعقة صغيرة ملح (3 جم)

3 بياض بيض
3 ملاعق كبيرة سكر
