Dry Roasted Semolina – 1 cup
ghee/butter/oil – 2.5 tblsp
Cumin Seeds – 1/4 tsp
Bay leaf – 1 small
Cinnamon – 1/2” stick
cardamom – 2 pieces
Curry leaves – 1/2 tblsp

Potato cubed – 1/3 cup
Carrot cubed – 1/4 cup
Green Peas – 2 tblsp
Sliced onion – 2 tblsp
Green Chillies- 1 tsp
Ginger chopped – 1/2 tsp
Garlic chopped – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Ghee – 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves – 1 tblsp
