Curry leaves uthappam is a quick, easy, and nutrient dense breakfast with left over uthappams and fresh curry leaves
Ingredients:
5 sprigs of curry leaves
A small piece of ginger
10 shallots
A pinch of jeera
1 green chili, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
Pink Himalayan Salt as needed
1.5 cups of left over dosa batter
Desi ghee or wood pressed oil as needed
