Here’s what you’ll need:
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup oil
4 egg yolks
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup all purpose flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 and 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
4 egg whites
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vinegar or lemon juice
For the filling:
200 ml whipping cream
2 tbsp icing sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
