Recipe Ingredients:
Spices – Garam Bhaja Masala –
1/2 tsp fennel seeds / saunf
1/2 tsp coriander seeds / dhaniya
1/2 tsp black pepper corn / kali mirch
1 black cardamom / kali elaichi
1 inch cinnamon / dalchini
1/2 tsp jeera / cumin
1 tsp amchoor / dry mango powder
1 tsp red chilli powder / lal mirch
1/4 tsp black salt / kala namak

Oil – 1 tsp
Panch Phoron – 1 tsp
Green Chilli – 2 chopped
Carrot – 1 medium, thinly cut
Beetroot – 1 medium, thinly cut
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp (can add only ginger)
Salt – to taste
Sugar – 1 tsp
Roasted Peanuts – 2 tbsp
Coriander Leaves – 2 tbsp chopped
Aloo – 3, boiled peeled mashed

For coating –
1/2 cup all purpose flour / maida
1/4 cup corn starch
1 cup water
1 cup breadcrumbs

To cook –
Oil – to deep fry
Kala Namak – 1 tsp to sprinkle

Instant Yeast – (500gms, keep frozen in airtight container, will stay good for years)
Instant Yeast – (small pack)
Pizza Screen – (3 pack – 6,7,8 inches)
Parchment Paper – much better than butter paper, and it is reusable – C
Good NonStick Pan –
Whipping Cream – m
Oven For Baking – (28liter is good enough)
Microwave – (not good)
