How to make an easy recipe Vegetable Stock in your home. Vegetable Stock is really easy to make and in this video, I will run you through the ingredients and steps it takes to make this recipe. You can put it on and do something else in the background whilst it cooks. Stock is the foundation too many different dishes, and can be transformed into some spectacular.
Makes 2 Litres
Ingredients –
3 Litres – Water
50g – Clarified Butter (Vegan alternative – 2 Tbs – Olive Oil)
150g – Leeks, Chopped
250g – Carrots, Chopped with Skin and Ends
400g – Brown Onion, Chopped, with Skin and Root
200g – Button Mushrooms, Chopped
100g – Fennel, Chopped
100g – Celery, Chopped
30g – Flat leaf Parsley, with Stems and Root
3 Sprigs – Thyme
3 – Bay Leaves
