How to Make Vegetable Tofu Nuggets

I made tofu nuggets with vegetables in tofu.
It’s delicious even if you just eat it with vegetable tofu without frying,

✤ Ingredients
-500g tofu
-2 eggs
-0.5 tablespoon of salt
-0.5 tablespoon minced garlic
-0.5 teaspoon of black pepper
-1.5 tablespoon chopped onion
-1.5 tablespoon chopped green onion
-1.5 tablespoon chopped carrots

✤ When frying
– Starch powder or rice powder (flour available)
-1 ~ 2 eggs
– Bread crumbs
– kitchen oil

✤ TIP
-You can change the vegetables to your favorite ingredients.
-If you add too many vegetables, it can break easily.
-The starch powder or flour are irrelevant.
-If you eat with tofu without frying it is delicious even dipped in soy sauce.
