White Chocolate Blueberry Mousse + Mirror Glaze Recipe
An easy recipe that does not require a lot of ingredients.
The combination of white chocolate and blueberry sauce gives it just the right sweetness. I made this recipe in time for Mothers’ day, so I hope you enjoy!

RECIPE: (Makes 7 hearts)
For the Blueberry Sauce:
– 1 Cup Blueberries (155g) (I used frozen)
– 1/4 Cup Water (60ml)
– 1 1/2 Tbsp Granulated Sugar (20g)
– 1 1/2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
For the Mousse:
– 1 Packet Gelatin (about 1 Tbsp)
– 2 Tbsp Water (15ml)
– 1 1/2 Cups Whipped Cream (350ml)
– 1 Cup White Chocolate (170g)
For the Mirror Glaze: (Makes 1 1/4 Cups or 300ml)
– 1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar (100g)
– 2 Tbsp Water + 1/2 Tbsp Gelatin (15ml water)
– 1/4 Cup Sweetened Condensed Milk (60ml)
– 100g Chocolate (about 1/2 Cup)
-1/4 Cup Water (60ml)
