chicken breast – 400 g (14 oz)
onion – 1 piece
oil – 20 g (0.7 oz)
salt – 3 g (0.11 oz)
pressed cheese – 150 g (5.3 oz)
bechamel sauce – 150 ml (5.07 fl oz)

Tray size 19 cm x 24 cm (7.48 in x 9.45 in)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/25 minutes
