Homemade Pumpkin Cheesecake – Holiday Dessert
Thinking about the holidays. Pumpkin Cheesecake sounds exciting. Complete step by step directions on how I made homemade pumpkin cheesecake from scratch at Deep South Texas. Recipe ingredients below in the video description. Looks like pumpkin pie, but tastes like spiced cheesecake.

Bake pumpkins at 350 F for 60 minutes
remove pumpkin flesh and puree.
Need 15 oz of pumpkin puree

Crust
Turn 10 graham crackers into crumbs (1.5 cups of crumbs)
1 stick (8 tablespoons) melted butter
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
pat into the bottom of a 10 inch spring form pan
bake at 325 F for 10 minutes

Filling
24 oz cream cheese
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons All Purpose Flour
1/4 cup sour cream
15 oz pumpkin puree
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground clove
1/4 tsp ground ginger
3 eggs
Mix well and fill crust
Bake at 300 F for 1.5 hours.
Turn off oven and leave in oven for 1 hour more
Refrigerate overnight
