There’s nothing easier! Cauliflower Patties
Cauliflower Patties. Yes, please! 😍 Healthy, easy and can’t-stop-at-one good!
You’ll need
1 small head of cauliflower
1 onion
Fresh parsley
1 egg
1 tsp salt
½ tsp red pepper flakes, cumin, paprika, dried mint
¼ tsp black pepper
6 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 cup breadcrumbs
Vegetable oil (to fry)
Here’s how
1- Mash 1 small head of boiled and drained cauliflower in a medium sized bowl.
2- Combine with 1 grated onion, some chopped fresh parsley, 1 egg, 1 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of red pepper flakes, 1/2 tsp of cumin, 1/2 tsp of paprika, 1/2 tsp of dried mint, ¼ tsp of black pepper, 6 tbsp of all purpose flour and 1 cup of breadcrumbs.
3- Take pieces from the mixture, roll into balls and gently press them down to form patties.
4- Preheat some oil in a skillet then fry both sides of the patties until golden brown.
5- Cauliflower patties are ready to serve. Enjoy!
