HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN POZOLE VERDE
Today i’m excited to share a delicious recipe on how to make Green Chicken Pozole. Hope you guys enjoy 🙂

INGREDIENTS:
1 can of Hominy of your Choice

~TO COOK CHICKEN:
4 pounds of chicken with bone
2 bay leaves
1 garlic head
1 whole onion
2 tbsp of salt (or to taste)
Water enough to cover the chicken

~GREEN SALSA:
1-2 jalapeño peppers / serrano peppers
2 fresh pasilla chiles / also known as poblano peppers
10-12 tomatillos
1/2 bunch of cilantro
3 garlic cloves
1/4 onion
1 tsp of oregano
1/2 tsp of ground cumin

~OPTIONAL:
Epazote
1 1/2 tbsp of chicken bouillon (or to taste)

GARNISH:
cilantro
onion
salsa
lime
avocado
