4lbs of meat (optional, oxtail, beef ribs, beef stew) for best flavor make sure you have some kind of beef bone in your soup!
1/2 onion
1 whole head of garlic
2 bay leaves
1 jalapeño
1/2 small cabbage
2 corns
1-2 chayote
2 zucchini
2 carrots
2 tomatoes
2 potatoes
1/2 bunch of cilantro
1 1/2 tbsp of salt (or to taste)
