Ingredients used for this recipe are as below:
Warm Milk 200ml
Dry Yeast – 1 1/2 tsp
Sugar – 2 tsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Ragi/Fingermillet flour – 140gm
Bread flour – 140gm
White sesame
Black sesame
Sunflower kernel – 50g
Melted butter
Bake at 170 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes in preheated oven.
