1 golden beet
1 red beet
1 cup walnuts
2 tbsp butter
½ cup white sugar
1 tsp brown sugar
1 cup cabernet sauvignon
1 tbsp dry oregano
1 tbsp sweet paprika
3.5 oz goat cheese
Dressing:
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Dijon mustered
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
