1 1/4 Cups (280g) – Light Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup (110g) – White Granulated Sugar
1 1/4 Cups (280g) – Unsalted Butter, Melted
2 – Whole Free Range Eggs
3 – Free Range Egg Yolks
2 Cups (270g) – Plain All-Purpose Flour
1 3/4 Cups (230g) – Cake Flour (Can be substituted for Plain Flour)
2 tsp (8g) – Corn Starch
1/2 tsp (6g) – Baking Soda
1 1/2 tsp (5g) – Sea Salt Flakes
450g – Dark Chocolate Chips or Chopped Bar
2 Cups (160g) – Walnuts, Roasted
