MAKES: 7 Medium Sized Garlic Knots
[INGREDIENTS]
Yeast Activation:
1/4 Cup Warm Water
1 Tsp Sugar
1 Tsp Dry Yeast
Knots:
1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour (Gehun ka aata)
Salt as per Taste
1/2 Tsp Garlic Paste
1 Tsp Ghee
Garlic Butter:
2 Tbsp Salted Butter
1 Tsp Garlic Paste
1-2 Tsp Chopped Coriander
[BAKING INSTRUCTIONS]
👉 Kadhai/Cooker(No whistle & gasket): Preheat at medium flame for 10 min. Bake at medium flame for 20-25 min.
👉 OTG/Convection: Preheat at 200°C for 10 min. Then bake for 12-13 min.
