Fruit based milkshakes are a good way to have proteins as well as essential vitamins during fasting. Plus they are quick and easy to prepare.
This Apple milkshake takes care of many nutrients like vitamins B, C, E & K all of the which are readily available.
We can made this Apple milkshake in just 2 minutes. Homemade apple milkshake tastes better than outside market available milkshake.
Ingredients Needed for apple milkshake recipe 🙂
Take one fresh apple and peel, core and chop the apple. And set aside
Now, take 4 tsp of sugar. The amount of sugar to be added depends on the sweetness of the apple
Take 1 cup of milk. If you like you can use fat milk, but it may be hard for some children to digest.
Take 6 alomonds and soak it on water and remove the skin, (The skin of the nut contains tannin which inhibits nutrient absorption & Moreover, the skin is hard to digest as well ).
In this recipe i have added cardamom powder. Now take chopped almonds and pista for garnish, and 4 ice cubes..
Firstly take a blender and add chopped apple pieces, almonds, sugar, cardamom powder
Add onle 1/2 cup of milk remaining 1/2 cup to be added after blending
Now blend all the ingredients till smooth (1 minute)
Now we can add the remaining 1/2 cup of milk , ice cubes to the apple paste and blend again for another 1 minute for milkshake consistency.
Apple Milkshake is Ready Now…
Pour into a tall glass and garnish with chopped almonds & pista and serve immediately
