2 Scoops PB Protein Powder (I use PEScience)
4 Egg Whites (About 180g)
4 Packets of Splenda
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 1/2 teaspoon Banana Extract
1 1/2 cup Water
Icing
150 grams Greek Yogurt
3 tablespoons Swerve Powdered Sugar

Instructions
Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Add to a muffin tin.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 17 to 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
