1 large egg (55g)
¼ cup sugar (50g)
2 and 1/4 tsp instant yeast (7g)
3 and ¼ cups all purpose flour (405g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
¼ cup butter (50g)
CHEESE BURST FILLING:
1 cup milk (250ml)
1 tbsp cornstarch (12g)
1 cup of easy melt cheddar cheese (165g)
