Ingredients 3 medium potatoes
2 tbsp cornflour
1/4 tsp red chilli powder Salt to taste
3 tbsp oil
1 tbsp crushed garlic
1 onion cut into triangle
1/2 cup capsicum
2 -3 green chillies slit
1/2 tbsp soya sauce
1.5 tsp chilli sauce
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 malt vinegar Salt to taste
