Chicken & Marinade –
4 – Large Chicken Thighs, Bonelss & Skinless
1 Cup (250ml) – Buttermilk
2 Tbsp (40ml) – Franks Hot Sauce
Seasoning To Taste
Flour Mix –
1 1/2 Cup (225g) – Plain (All-Purpose) Flour
3 Tbsp (35g) – Corn Flour
1 tsp (2.5g) – Garlic Powder
1 tsp (2.5g) – Paprika
1 tsp (2.5g) – Celery Salt
Buffalo Sauce –
1 Cup (250ml) – Franks Hot Sauce
2 – Garlic Cloves, Minced
1 tsp (5ml) – White Vingear
1 tsp (5ml) – Worcestershire Sauce
110g (3.8oz) – Unsalted Butter, Cubed
Herby Mayo –
1 – Large Free Range Egg
2 1/2 tsp (15ml) – White Vinegar
1 tsp (10g) – Dijon Mustard
200ml (200g) – Oil of Choice (I use Flavourless Olive Oil)
10g (0.3oz) – Flat Leaf Parsley, Roughly Chopped
15g (0.5oz) – Dill, Roughly Chopped
