Ingredients:
Dhal 1 1/2 Cups
Oil- I used veg oil about 2 Tbsp
Half an Onion sliced
Curry Power -Amu thuna paha
Turmeric power- Kaha kudu
Chili Powder- Miris Kudu
Curry Leaves (Optional)
Pepper & Garlic (Optional)
There are many ways to make a dhal curry but I am using minimum ingredients and a easy way to make this dhal curry. You can add more ingredients to get a good taste, aroma and even different things to make the curry rich and healthy. It’s your choice! 🙂
