Easy Chocolate Fudge
Ingredients:
396g/ 14oz sweetened condensed milk;
400g semi-sweetened chocolate;
2 Tbsp of butter;
vanilla extract

This is my first time making chocolate fudge. It came out really good, the texture and taste. Only problem I had was the greasy residue in the fudge before cooling. I damped the grease with a paper towel before chilling and it came out good. I couldn’t find a specific reason for this online.
