I have some very ripe bananas and some nuts at home, so I use these to make banana nut whole wheat bread. It is healthy and tasty, suitable for breakfast, the whole family likes it. PS: You can add some dried fruits you have, such as dried apricots, dried apples, cut them into small pieces before using, and the nuts should be roasted. Hope you also make very yummy bread 🙂

Ingredients:
*Banana 215g (peeled)
*Fresh Yeast 14g
*Egg 1pcs
*Whole Wheat Flour 170g
*Bread Flour 170g
*Vegetable Oil 25g
*Roasted Nuts
*Raisins

Bake at 175°C for 22-25 minutes
