2 lbs broccoli, cut into small florets
½ cup cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes
½ cup bacon, crumbled
½ cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup red onion, diced small or sliced thin
¼ cup toasted almonds, or any other nuts
For Salad Dressing
½ cup good quality mayonnaise
2 tablespoon red wine vinegar, or use apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Salt & pepper to taste
