Easy Homemade Round Loaf of Bread – Boule – Cob
Today I am making a simple homemade round loaf of bread. This is also known as a Boule or a Cob. This homemade bread is super easy to make and turns out fantastic. Please give it a try. Recipe ingredients below.
2 1/2 cups , 390 grams Bread Flour
2 tsp, 8 grams Instant Yeast
1 1/2 tsp, 10 grams Salt
1 cup + 1 tablespoon, 250 grams Water
Bake at 450 F for 30 to 35 minutes
