INGREDIENTS:
Vanilla Cake:
300g Butter- Room temperature soften (Using Salted can use Unsalted)
300g All purpose flour
300g Sugar
5 Large Eggs: Room temperature
1 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Essence
7 Tsp Whole Milk/ Full Fat Milk: Room temperature or warm
3/4 Tsp Salt
Buttercream Frosting:
226g Butter- Room temperature soften (Using Salted can use Unsalted)
400g Icing/Confectioners Sugar- sifted
1 Tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream (Can use Milk as an option)
1/2 Tsp Vanilla Essence
Two 8 inch round baking pans
Nozzle used: Wilton 4B
Bake in 350F/180C degree for 30-35 minutes until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
