Today’s recipe is quick and easy egg drop soup just in 15 minutes. Egg drop soup is Chinese in origin…also known as egg flower soup. This version of the Chinese restaurant-style classic egg drop soup for a healthy toddler recipe (for adults too).
Ingredients :
eggs – 2 medium
cornflour – 2 tblsp
Water – 4 tblsp
water – 3 cups
chicken bone with skin – 1 chicken thigh
Salt – 1 tsp
Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
ginger paste – 1 tsp
Onion chunk – 1/2 medium
hot chili sauce/tomato ketchup – 1 tsp
green chili – 2 small
