For caramelizing sugar:
1/2 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Hot water
Nuts:
1.5 cup Black Raisins
1/2 cupCashews
For Sugar spice:
1/2 cup Sugar
2 inch Cinnamon
4 Cardamom
4 Cloves
For Eggless Christmas Cake:
1/2 cup Curd
1/2 cup Oil
1.5 cup Maida
1 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Baking soda
pinch of Salt
Bake at 350 F /175 C for 50-60 min
Cooker: bake on Medium – Low for 1 hr – 1hr10 min
