February Garden at Deep South Texas
The February Garden looks impressive. February is the time to harvest those winter garden vegetables at Deep South Texas. I need to make room in the raised beds for the summer garden. This week I harvested broccoli, peas, green beans, carrots, turnips and beets. The potatoes I planted in January are out of the ground, and the transplanted onions are doing well.
