7g (0.25oz) – Coriander (Cilantro), Roughly Chopped
1 – Spring Onion, White Root End Thinly Sliced & Green Stem Thinly Sliced On An Angle
1 Tbsp (7g) – Finely Ground Szechuan Peppercorns or 1 tsp (2.5g) of Red Chilli Powder
(I Recommend Red Chilli Powder)
1 tsp (4g) – Chicken Stock Powder
1 Tbsp (20ml) – Soy Sauce (Light or Dark)
1 tsp (5ml) – Rice Wine Vinegar
60ml (1/4 Cup) – Peanut Oil
Coriander (Cilantro) To Serve
Spring Onion (Scallion) To Serve
Black or White Sesame Seeds To Serve
