Burger King Hershey’s Sundae Pie Recipe
I’ve tried this recipe out a few times and finally got it perfect with a little tweaking. It’s super indulgent, one slice is definitely enough but it’s the perfect dessert to make!

Ingredients
Base
250g / 2 Cups of biscuit crumbs
60g / 1/2 Cup of Cocoa Powder
100g / 1/2 Cup of Caster Sugar
150g / 2/3 Cup of Butter
Filling
200g / 7 oz Cream Cheese
90g / 3/4 Cup of Icing Sugar
5ml / 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
250ml / 1 Cup of Cream – I whipped up 2 cups and used the rest on the top of the pie
7g / 2 teaspoons of Gelatine Powder
30ml / 2 tablespoons boiling water
2x Packets of Chocolate Mouse Powder
Melted Chocolate
