High Protein Laddu Recipe – No Oil/Ghee/No Sugar -Tasty Black Rice Laddoo | Skinny Recipes

Ingredients:
1 cup black rice
10 cardamons
3/4 cup crushed jaggery (you can increase to 1 cup if you want more sweetness in your laddo)
1 cup grated coconut (preferably fresh)
1/4 cup roasted peanuts (cashew nuts, almonds, pistachios)
No need to add salt as there is slight salt in the jaggery.
The oil from the fresh coconut is enough to help bind the jaggery along with the jaggery.
An ideal healthy snack for kids, and for the whole family.
This laddu will stay good for 3-5 days at room temp and longer in the fridge.
