This recipe makes 200 grams of rich and creamy cream cheese.
Here’ what you’ll need:
4 cups or 1 liter of full fat whole milk
3 tablespoons of white vinegar or lemon
a pinch of salt
1 to 2 tablespoon of heavy cream (you can use any cream you have)
