1 tsp salt (5g)
2 tsp instant yeast (6g)
1 and 1/2 cup warm water (360ml)

1/2 cup all purpose flour (60g)
1/3 cup hot oil (80ml)
120 grams chopped scallions
sesame seeds
Eggwash: 1 egg + 2 tbsp milk
