Kale, Apple & Pecan Salad recipe- Easy raw salad
Real easy raw Kale salad recipe with a hint of sweetness..

Ingredients:
1 Bunch of Kale ( you can use any variety of kale)
1 1/2 Apples sliced
1 Cup of Pecans
Olive oil
Honey
Apple cider vinegar
Pepper (optional)
You can increase the amount of Olive oil/Honey and Apple cider vinegar according to the dressing amount you like..
To avoid discoloring apple slices:
In to a cold water bowl add some salt and dip the apple slices in the the water before adding to the salad
