HOW TO MAKE BUÑUELOS ENMIELADOS
Hello my beautiful family from lets cook that! in this video i’m sharing on how to make delicious buñuelos, this is one of our family recipe that my aunt shared with us, very delicious. There are many variations through out Mexico. I hope you guys enjoy this recipe with some delicious champurrado on Christmas and New years with family and friends 🙂

INGREDIENTS: 30 servings
6 cups of all purpose flour
5 1/2 cups of water, divided ( 2 1/2 cups for knead the dough) ( 3 cups for cane sugar syrup)
5 piloncillo’s
2 oranges peel
3 cinnamon stick
5 whole cloves
pinch salt
1 tbsp of shortening
