Hello Everyone welcome back i hope you guys are staying safe at home with your love ones. I hope you guys give these delicious Esquites locos a try. Remember you can use any of your favorite chips as your toppings but Takis are my personal favorite. Esquites are a very popular snack in our Mexican culture! Hope you guys enjoy 🙂

INGREDIENTS:

~TO COOK CORN:
8 Corns
6 Tbsp Butter
1/2 tsp Oil
4 Epazote
1/4 Onion
1 Serrano Pepper
1 Tbsp Salt (or to taste)
8-10 cups of water
Cook for 35-40 Mins

~TOPPINGS:
1 cup Mayo
2 tbsp Sour Cream
Butter
Lime
Queso Cotija
Chilie Powder (Ground Cayenne Pepper)
Chips of your choice: Takis, Hot chettos, Doritos, or tostitos
