Today, I’m going to share a perfect tiffin box recipe for kids or as well as a popular tea time snacks for adult. Hope you guys Like it.
Here is what you’ll need!
Ingredients
4 Thick sliced Bread or 8 slices sandwich bread
2 eggs
2 Tblsp Sugar
1 pinch Salt
1/5 cup whole milk, skim milk, coconut milk, almond milk, and yes, even buttermilk.
1/4 tsp Vanilla essence or Cinnamon Powder (Optional)
2 tblsp Butter
1 tsp oil
Instructions:
1. Wisk all ingredients together in medium-large bowl to create egg wash.
2. Place bread slices, one or two at a time, into the egg mixture and flip to make sure both sides of bread are well-coated.
3. Melt butter in a Pan. Place bread slices on it and cook on medium heat until golden brown on each side, about 2-3 minutes.
