No more cakes sticking on pans, this easy 3-ingredient cake release also known as “cake goop” is a must if you’re a baker or make cakes on a regular basis. It’s super easy to make and can lasts a long time in the fridge or on the counter.

For the Cake release you’re going to need:
– 1 Cup Vegetable shortening
– 1 Cup Flour (I used all purpose)
– 1 Cup vegetable oil (you can also use canola, sunflower…)
