Bean Salad Recipe:
Ingredients
• Ponam Kidney Beans – 1 cup
• Ponam Black Pepper Powder
• Ponam Salt (if required)
• Ponam White Channa – 1 cup
• Ponam Red Lobiya – 1 cup
• Ponam Black Eyed Bean (White Lobia) – 1 cup
• Italian Salad Dressing – ½ cup
• Fresh Choice Sweet Corn – 1 cup
• Fresh Parsley
• Green Chillies Chopped
• Tomatoes Chopped
• Onion Chopped
• Lemon 1
• Cucumber Chopped
Method
• Boil all the raw beans and chickpeas separately until tender.
• Now in a big bowl add Italian dressing, salt, pepper, lemon and mix well.
• Add all the vegetables and beans in the dressing.
• Now toss nicely and serve.
